During Birth

- continuous support during entire labor and delivery (In home, birthing center or hospital)
- I will stay a few hours after birth to help with support to the family and baby
- backup support doula in case of emergency or illness
Postpartum
- ONe 3-4 hour in home visit when you are ready
- Discuss and process your birth experience
